Technical Testing Services for Hydroelectric Power Transformers

Suppliers are encouraged to submit clarification requests up to 18 days before the bid submission deadline, with responses provided by the contracting authority no later than 11 days before the deadline. All requests for clarification must be submitted through the SEAP platform.
