Water Supply Pipeline Works in Brașov

This contract involves the execution of works on water and sewage networks and monitoring of water consumption in the municipalities served by Compania Apa Brașov S.A. The work primarily includes excavation and installation of water/sewage pipelines, as well as the installation of water meters and monitoring systems. The minimum value of the framework agreement is 8,885,090 lei, and the maximum value is 57,230,610 lei. Subsequent contracts will be awarded for each specific project, with an estimated minimum value of 361,823.19 lei (excluding VAT) and a maximum estimated value of 5,433,539.81 lei (excluding VAT) for each contract. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information from economic operators in two stages: 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers, provided that these requests are made at least 17 days before the deadline, and 21 days before the deadline, provided that these requests are made at least 27 days before the deadline.
