The contract involves regular cleaning services for laboratory buildings and guest houses located at various sites in Berlin. The cleaning areas are distributed across the Helmholtz Center Berlin premises in Adlershof. The guest houses are located at Wilhelm-Ostwald-Straße 3, approximately 1.0 km (about a 15-minute walk) from the HZB site. While the buildings are within walking distance of each other, the contractor must account for necessary travel and setup times. Each building has specific requirements, and some areas may be radiation protection control zones or monitoring areas. Employees working in these areas, as well as their representatives, must meet radiation protection qualifications as defined in the tender documents.
