Central Procurement of Personal Vehicles in the Czech Republic

The Czech Republic's Ministry of Finance is seeking suppliers for the delivery of category 2A gasoline manual personal vehicles. Each vehicle must include: • 2 keys or remote controls; • a second set of tires (summer or winter, depending on the delivery date); and, if applicable under current law, also include: • a printed and/or electronic manual in Czech; • a printed and/or electronic service book; • the original large technical certificate in printed or electronic form; • the original vehicle registration certificate; • the original certificate of technical suitability; • a detailed breakdown of operational and maintenance requirements (if not included in the service book); • any additional accompanying documents in Czech. Service provision for the delivered vehicles may be requested by the buyer under the relevant purchase agreement. The expected number of vehicles to be procured during the framework agreement is 92, with a maximum total of 110 vehicles allowed. The implementation of the contract will occur throughout the duration of the framework agreement based on individual purchase contracts. The contracting authorities are specified in the tender documentation.
