Medical Equipment Purchase for Clinical Oncology Department

This contract involves the procurement of medical equipment for the Clinical Oncology Department. The procurement is divided into five distinct packages, each representing a separate item: Package 1 - Chemotherapy Chair, Package 2 - Peristaltic Infusion Pumps for Cytostatics on Mobile Stands, Package 3 - Patient Chairs, Package 4 - Hospital Beds with Foam Mattresses, Bedside Cabinets, and Anti-decubitus Mattresses, Package 5 - Infusion Stands. Detailed specifications can be found in Annex 1a of the procurement documentation. All equipment must comply with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022, and relevant EU regulations. The devices must be CE marked and approved for use in Poland's healthcare facilities. They should be complete, ready for use upon unpacking, installation, and activation without any additional purchases. The equipment must be brand new, unused, and not previously displayed or used for research or development purposes. The contractor is required to provide necessary training for the buyer's staff on the equipment's use at the buyer's location. A warranty of at least 24 months for defects and quality assurance is required, which will be a criterion for evaluating bids for Packages 1, 2, and 4.
