Supply of New Spare Parts for Underground Locomotives

This public procurement contract involves the supply of brand new spare parts for DZ 80 type underground locomotives powered by diesel engines. These locomotives operate in coal mining facilities that are at risk of methane and coal dust explosions. The contracting authority reserves the right to choose specific spare parts to be ordered under the agreement with the contractor. Estimated quantities of spare parts are provided based on projected needs (see Attachment 4 for the basic price list). Other items will be listed as '1 unit' (see Attachment 4 for the additional price list). These quantities are for evaluation purposes only. The actual quantity of parts, components, and materials ordered will depend on the current needs of the contracting authority, with the total net value of ordered items not exceeding the maximum net value of the contract for its duration, nor falling below 30% of that maximum value. The maximum net value of the contract is equal to the net value of the basic price list offer. The contract will be for a fixed term of 24 months from the date of signing. This procurement is classified as a sectoral contract under Article 7, point 35 of the Public Procurement Law.
