Repairs and Maintenance of Technical Building Equipment

This public procurement contract aims to establish framework agreements separately for the Náchod and Rychnov nad Kněžnou regions with one selected supplier for a duration of 48 months or until the value of the framework agreements is exhausted. The maintenance of air conditioning units (number, scope, and type) involves regular inspections twice a year, including the replacement of relevant filter inserts, as well as providing inspection and maintenance work for these units. The buyer will procure filter inserts independently; the participant will only be responsible for replacing the filter inserts and disposing of the old filter inserts at their own expense. All required work on the air conditioning units will be governed by relevant legal regulations and the manufacturers' instructions for the use of the individual devices.
