Construction of New Child Center in Lelystad

The Municipality of Lelystad is seeking to construct two sustainable and future-proof primary school buildings and a gymnasium in Atol-Oost. These facilities will support the educational concept of the Child Center Voorhof, which aims to ensure that every child can qualify at their level and follow a curriculum that enhances their opportunities for further education and employment. The center also focuses on nurturing democratic citizenship and helping children discover their identities and contributions to society. Additionally, there is a desire to expand the offerings at the Child Center to include programs for gifted children, a cultural workshop, a practical skills class, and a Science Lab. The budget for this project is set at €12,000,000, which is the available investment budget minus the budget for advisory costs.
