The public procurement contract is divided into four specific positions as follows: 1. Position 1: Development of an investment project for the "Major renovation of part of the secondary street network in Yambol's Industrial Zone - Phased construction." 2. Position 2: Development of an investment project for the "Construction of a combined asphalt path for pedestrian and bicycle traffic in Yambol's Industrial Zone - Phased construction." 3. Position 3: Development of an investment project for the "Major renovation of Yambolen Street." 4. Position 4: Development of an investment project for the "Construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Yambolen Street and Industrial Street in Yambol." According to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority assigns Position 4 through a direct assignment based on Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. Participants do not submit offers for Position 4.
