Construction Works for Infrastructure Development

This contract involves the execution of construction and assembly works following the preparation of project and cost documentation for the construction of stationary infrastructure along with accompanying infrastructure. The contractor is required to prepare project and cost documentation and obtain the necessary administrative decisions and agreements to carry out the construction works. The construction and assembly works must be executed according to the approved construction documentation. Detailed descriptions of the contract are provided in attachments 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 of the procurement documents. The contractor will provide a warranty for the completed works and installed equipment for a period of at least 36 months and a maximum of 60 months. Additionally, a warranty for the supplied equipment and furnishings is required for a minimum of 24 months and a maximum of 36 months. The warranty period is set at 60 months according to Article 568 § 1 of the Civil Code. The required completion time for the contract with tangible results is as follows: - Project and cost documentation must be completed within 210 days from the date of contract signing, - Construction works must be completed by March 31, 2027.
