Procurement of Academic Services for Senior Leaders Development Programme

The Irish Defence Forces are seeking an Academic Partner with a strong background in providing educational services to public organizations. This partner will help facilitate the newly developed Senior Leaders Development Course. This program is designed to leverage the unique career experiences of senior leaders from the Irish Defence Forces and some stakeholders from the broader Defence and Security sector in Ireland. It will address the challenges and responsibilities these leaders will face in today's and future security environments. The goal is to equip participants with the strategic knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to navigate an increasingly complex and rapidly changing defence and security landscape. The first iteration of this program is planned for the fourth quarter of 2025, lasting six days over three months (two days each month). It is expected that one program will be conducted annually, with the potential to increase to two programs per year during the contract period.
