Supply of Hip and Knee Joint Prostheses

The contract involves the ongoing supply of hip and knee joint prostheses for the Pałuckie Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. over a period of 12 months from the date of contract signing. Suppliers can submit offers for one or more groups of prostheses: Group 1 includes cementless, cemented, and bipolar hip prostheses; Group 2 includes total cemented knee prostheses; and Group 3 includes revision cups. Offers must be complete and include all items listed in the selected group(s). The quantities provided are estimates for pricing and comparison purposes and may change based on the buyer's needs and patient volume. The offered products must comply with medical device regulations and be approved for use. Equivalent solutions may be proposed, but suppliers must demonstrate compliance with the buyer's requirements. No framework agreement will be established, and variant offers or electronic auctions are not permitted. The buyer will not reimburse costs incurred in the bidding process.
