Sidewalk and Pedestrian Path Modernization in Lodowa Street, Poland

This contract involves the modernization of the sidewalk on Lodowa Street, specifically from the existing sidewalk to property number 103, and the construction of a pedestrian path from Śląska Street to the existing sidewalk. The work includes upgrading the surface of existing sidewalks over a total length of 433 meters, as well as existing driveways and the construction of a new pedestrian path. This will involve preparatory and demolition work, sub-base construction, and other tasks as detailed in the cost estimate and project specifications. The project must be completed in accordance with the detailed description provided in Attachment 8 of the procurement documents and the contract terms outlined in Attachment 9. The term 'modernization' is defined according to the renovation definition in the Construction Law of July 7, 1994.
