This contract involves cleaning and sanitation services in urban and rural areas, specifically focusing on the maintenance of undeveloped land in Warsaw from 2026 to 2027. The work includes the removal of litter such as paper, plastic, cans, and bottles from lawns and other areas, as well as the collection and disposal of these materials in accordance with waste management regulations. Additional tasks include mowing grass and weeds, collecting organic waste like leaves and branches, and removing large waste items. The contractor must have a minimum of four employees equipped with company-branded clothing and must provide a supervisor with relevant experience during the contract period. The buyer plans to execute at least 50% of the total contract value and reserves the right to adjust the scope of work as needed. The contractor is also required to ensure that 10% of the vehicles used for the contract are electric or powered by natural gas.
