Construction of Swimming Pool and Related Facilities

This contract involves the construction of an indoor swimming pool building and a food service building, along with associated infrastructure as detailed in the project plans. The scope includes the construction of internal and service roads, parking spaces for cars and buses, a fire access road, pedestrian pathways, playgrounds, and a sports activity area (flow park). Additionally, the project requires the installation of small architectural elements such as benches, trash bins, posts, and outdoor equipment, as well as all other works and supplies necessary to obtain a usage permit in accordance with the intended purpose, including the reconstruction of Ostródzka Street.
