Czech Republic – Expert Services for Preparing Expert Reports (2023-2026)

This public procurement contract involves the preparation of expert reports covering the following areas: • Valuation of compensation for unissued properties and valuation of issued replacement properties in accordance with the Land Act No. 229/1991 Coll., as per the Ministry of Finance Regulation No. 182/1988 Coll., amended by Regulation No. 316/1990 Coll., which supplements Regulation No. 182/1988 Coll. regarding the prices of buildings, land, permanent crops, and fees for establishing personal use rights to land. • Determination of the usual price and assessed price according to Act No. 151/1997 Coll. and Regulation No. 441/2013 Coll. for the purpose of executing property transfers and exchanges according to Acts No. 503/2012 Coll., No. 92/1991 Coll., No. 229/1991 Coll., and No. 219/2000 Coll. for determining the price of rights and other property values (usual rent, price of easements, etc.), for calculating property damage compensation. • Determination of comparable usual rents in the given area (apartments, houses) according to Government Regulation No. 453/2013 Coll. Public contracts based on each framework agreement will be awarded without reopening the competition among the participants of the framework agreement, following the 'cascade' principle. Following the conclusion of framework agreements for individual parts of the public procurement for the preparation of expert reports for the Regional Land Office for the South Moravian Region for the period 2023-2026, selected contractors will process partial, recurring orders for 'Preparation of Expert Reports' during the validity of each framework agreement, with the awarding of partial orders being conducted according to the 'cascade' principle. The public procurement is divided into parts: Part 1 – Preparation of expert reports for land from 2023-2026 in the Brno-city and Brno-venkov districts; Part 2 – Preparation of expert reports for land from 2023-2026 in the Břeclav district; Part 3 – Preparation of expert reports for land from 2023-2026 in the Hodonín district; Part 4 – Preparation of expert reports for land from 2023-2026 in the Blansko district; Part 5 – Preparation of expert reports for land from 2023-2026 in the Vyškov district; Part 6 – Preparation of expert reports for land from 2023-2026 in the Znojmo district; Part 7 – Preparation of expert reports for buildings, buildings with land, ponds, and ponds with land from 2023-2026 in the jurisdiction of the KPÚ for JMK; Part 8 – Preparation of expert reports for rights and other property values, property damage, and comparable usual rents in the given area from 2023-2026 in the jurisdiction of the KPÚ for JMK.
