    Brief

This procurement opportunity involves a framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of vials and corresponding caps for laboratory use. The aim is to competitively source these items for universities in Denmark, including Aarhus University, University of Copenhagen, Aalborg University, Technical University of Denmark, and University of Southern Denmark. The framework agreement will help the buyer secure quality products at competitive prices. Suppliers are encouraged to provide pricing that reflects the buyer's market size. Up to two suppliers will be awarded contracts based on evaluation scores. If fewer than two bids are received, the buyer may proceed with one supplier. The product categories include screwcap vials, screw caps, snapcap vials, snap caps, crimpcap vials, aluminum caps, micro inserts, and scintillation vials. Suppliers must submit bids for at least 90% of the items listed. The framework agreement is not divided into lots, as it is believed that doing so would not yield the best commercial solution. The agreement can be utilized by the buyer at their discretion.
