Construction of Educational Facility in Grigny

This contract opportunity involves the re-launch of Lot 3, which focuses on exterior carpentry and solar protection, as part of the construction of the Educational Facility in Grigny. This project aims to support children, their parents, and educators from before birth until the age of 12. The facility will include a sustainable building that meets the standards for eco-friendly construction in the Île-de-France region. It will serve as an educational establishment (type R) with dining services (type N) and administrative functions (type W), classified as a category 2 establishment. The educational facility will consist of: • A school (preschool and elementary) with a dining service for a total of 635 people, including 82 municipal staff; • A local service for extracurricular activities; • A nursery with 20 cribs; • Offices for the Academic Inspection (IEN); • The Maternal and Child Protection service (from the Departmental Council) in a separate building. The total floor area will be 6,586 m² with a building height of R+1.
