Chemical Products for Forest Protection (2025-2028)

This contract involves the supply of chemical preparations for the protection of forests and forest stands. The supplier will deliver these products to the designated location throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement, in specified quantities and quality/technical characteristics as required by the contracting authority. The contract details are clearly defined to ensure understanding. If any parameters identify a specific product type or manufacturer, the contracting authority allows for the substitution with an equivalent product or technical solution, provided that the equivalent meets the necessary utility, operational, and functional characteristics required for the intended purpose. For products and accessories of a specific brand, bidders may also propose equivalents from other brands of equal or higher quality.
