Food Supply Framework Agreement

This contract is for a framework agreement to supply various food products, including dairy, meat, vegetables, and fruits. Detailed descriptions and quantities of the required products are outlined in the specifications document and the lot list included in this documentation. Please note that the prices are quoted excluding VAT, as this field does not allow for the inclusion of all necessary information. The contracting authority will respond clearly and comprehensively to all requests for clarification or additional information in accordance with Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Suppliers have 18 days to request clarifications before the submission deadline.
