Theater Chairs Supply for IASEC

The estimated value of the products to be supplied is 588,893.94 lei excluding VAT, divided into 5 lots as follows: LOT 1 – Upholstered Amphitheater (IASEC) = 178,859.74 lei excluding VAT; LOT 2 – Non-upholstered Amphitheater (IASEC) = 138,085.70 lei excluding VAT; LOT 3 – Furniture + Chairs (IASEC) = 241,389.68 lei excluding VAT; LOT 4 – Chairs (Building D) = 22,000.00 lei excluding VAT; LOT 5 – Upholstered Amphitheater Chair (Building D - DL) = 8,558.82 lei excluding VAT. These expenses will be contracted from self-generated revenue and other legally constituted sources. The contract aims to supply furniture for classrooms at IASEC and Building D of Stefan cel Mare University in Suceava. Delivery location: The contracting authority's headquarters (Universității Street, No. 13, IASEC Building, Suceava) by the supplier using appropriate transport means for each product. Delivery, assembly, installation, and testing of components will be done free of charge by the supplier within a maximum of 90 days from the signing of the contract by both parties. Minimum warranty period: At least 24 months on-site mandatory warranty for the assembly from the date of reception. Extended warranty for the offered products (assembly): minimum 12 months and maximum 48 months. These expenses will be contracted from self-generated revenue and other legally constituted sources. The deadline for submitting responses to clarification requests is no later than 8 days before the deadline for submitting offers. If the economic operator(s) do not submit the clarification request(s) in a timely manner, preventing the contracting authority from meeting the deadline (13 days before the offer submission deadline), the contracting authority will respond to the clarification request(s) as long as the time required to prepare and send the response allows it to be received by the economic operators before the offer submission deadline. Responses to clarifications requested by economic operators and notifications regarding the contract award procedure will be published in SEAP, attached to the invitation to participate, in the 'Documentation and Clarifications' section.
