Steam Turbine Rotor Replacement and Procurement

This contract opportunity involves the procurement and replacement of a medium-pressure rotor for Steam Turbine No. 4 at the Bucharest South Thermal Power Plant. Suppliers are invited to provide a medium-pressure rotor for a VT 100-1-100MW steam turbine, with technical specifications detailed in the tender documents. The work includes the disassembly and reassembly of vibration sensors, temperature bearings, axial displacement, relative expansions, and turbine speed, as well as the initial state passporting of the turbine. Additionally, suppliers will need to verify and measure bearing play, centering situation, and axial and radial play of the medium-pressure body, issue a passport, and handle the disassembly and reassembly of flanges and steam pipes within the turbine limits. Technical assistance will be required for the commissioning of the turbo-generator. Suppliers can request clarifications until 15 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting entity will respond to all inquiries within the specified timeframe.
