This contract involves the engagement of certified arborists and their teams for maintenance and repair work in Northern Estonia, specifically in Harjumaa and Raplamaa. The goal is to establish three framework agreements with similar expected volumes and maximum costs. The procurement documents will specify the expected and maximum possible total costs separately, with the latter exceeding international thresholds. If possible and necessary, the contract may be signed and work may commence before the anticipated start date published in the general data of the procurement. If the procurement process extends beyond this time, the contract may also be signed and work may begin after the anticipated start date.
