Renovation of Former School into Kindergarten in Rheinstetten

The city of Rheinstetten is seeking suppliers for the renovation of the former Johann-Rupprecht School into a kindergarten. This historic building, constructed in 1909, has been used as a school until 2018 and features a mix of architectural styles, including red sandstone and concrete. The project aims to repurpose the building to accommodate 5 to 6 kindergarten groups, as the existing St. Elisabeth kindergarten is not economically viable for renovation. During the renovation, temporary containers will house three groups in the former schoolyard. The site includes protected trees and a garage that may be redesigned as part of the project. Suppliers are invited to review the detailed project requirements and submit their proposals by September 1, 2025.
