This contract involves the supply of pharmaceutical products to the Municipal Center for Care of the Elderly, Chronically Disabled, and Dependent Individuals in Krakow. The detailed description of the contract is provided in the assortment and price form, which is attached as Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ). This should be read in conjunction with any changes to the content of the SWZ, which may arise from responses provided by the Contracting Authority to questions from Contractors.
