Architectural and Engineering Services for Building Planning

The project involves the renovation of the historic Building 3 at the Schwabing hospital site into 75 residential units for healthcare workers associated with Münchenstift GmbH and München Klinik gGmbH. The building, constructed in 1906 and previously used as a hospital, is located on a 10,885 m² plot and has a gross floor area of approximately 12,000 m², with around 4,500 m² of living space. The total volume of the building is about 43,900 m³. The project must comply with heritage protection regulations. The building consists of a basement, ground floor, three upper floors, and an attic. This contract covers the planning of the building from phases 6 to 9, with a step-by-step call-off process. For more details, please refer to section 5.1.
