Maintenance and Repair Services for Vegetation Care Equipment in Hungary

The contracting authority, Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt., is seeking to establish framework agreements for the maintenance, repair, and parts supply of its owned vegetation care equipment across four regions. The total budget for the four lots is net HUF 160,000,000, with a commitment to order 70% of the specified budget for each lot. The successful bidder will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of 979 units of HUSQVARNA equipment, including brush cutters, self-propelled mowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, soil drills, pole saws, vacuum blowers, sprayers, and vibratory rollers, including warranty repairs and parts supply regardless of repairs. The successful bidder may also need to conduct necessary inspections, certifications, and safety assessments for the equipment. The quantities mentioned are indicative and planned, as repairs arising during the term of the framework agreement cannot be predicted. In accordance with Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30.), the contracting authority emphasizes that references to specific brands, origins, types, procedures, activities, persons, patents, trademarks, or specific origins or manufacturing processes in any procurement document are made solely for the purpose of clearly and understandably defining the subject of the procurement, and the phrase 'or equivalent' is always implied. If an equivalent item is proposed, the bidder must prove the equivalence in their offer.
