Supply of Electronic Components for Laboratories

This contract involves the procurement of electronic components needed for the laboratories of the General Chemical State Laboratory (Γ.Χ.Κ.). The components include: 1-25: Gas Chromatography Columns (54 units), 26-31: Ion Chromatography Columns (14 units), 32-79: Liquid Chromatography Columns (63 units), 80-97: Various Components (23 units), totaling 154 units. Suppliers can submit bids for one, multiple, or all requested items as detailed in Annex A. Each bid must cover the entire quantity of each item being procured. It is important to note that due to the validation requirements of the analytical methods used in the laboratories of the General Chemical State Laboratory and the specific requirements of accredited methods, the technical specifications in Annex A mention specific brands or origins for certain items. Bids for theoretically equivalent items will be rejected as unacceptable, as their acceptance would necessitate re-validation of the accredited analytical methods. The estimated value of the contract is €198,400.00, including 24% VAT (estimated value without VAT: €160,000.00 plus VAT (24%): €38,400.00).
