Furniture and Interior Equipment Supply for Community Social Services

This contract involves the complete supply and installation of interior furnishings according to the project documentation for the construction of "Development of Accessibility of Community Residential Social Services" in Rokytnice v Orlických horách. Key components of the contract include: a) transportation to the site, installation, commissioning, and verification of functionality, including all operational tests and required inspections according to applicable regulations; b) training for staff; c) issuance of training certificates for staff; d) signing of the handover protocol; e) provision of comprehensive warranty service and repairs, including the supply of spare parts; f) delivery of necessary documentation for the use of goods, such as user/maintenance manuals in Czech (also in electronic form on CD/DVD), relevant certificates, and declarations of conformity; g) ecological disposal of packaging materials; h) maintaining cleanliness at the site and restoring it to its original condition after installation; i) ensuring protection for all structures and equipment that could be damaged during delivery; j) any additional activities that are inseparably linked to the fulfillment of the contract. The buyer prefers furniture made from environmentally friendly materials.
