Czech Republic – Waste Bags and Ethylene Polymer Sacks – Dynamic Purchasing System for the Supply of Waste Bags, Food Bags, and Films 2024-2030

The subject of the public contracts awarded under the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) involves the supply of waste bags, food bags, and films. The subject, technical conditions, evaluation criteria, requirements for environmentally friendly solutions regarding the materials used, deadlines, locations of performance, and commercial and payment conditions for specific public contracts awarded under the DPS will always be specified in the invitation to tender according to § 141 of the Public Procurement Act. The location for the performance of individual public contracts awarded under the DPS will be the respective headquarters of the contracting authorities (contributory organizations) unless otherwise specified in the specific public contracts under the DPS. If feasible given the nature and purpose of the contract, public contracts under the DPS will be awarded in accordance with the principles of socially responsible procurement, environmentally responsible procurement, and innovation. Specific measures for responsible procurement will be taken into account in the invitations to tender, considering the nature and purpose of each public contract.
