Waste Management Services in France

This contract opportunity involves the reception and sorting of selective collections of packaging (excluding glass) and paper brought directly by member municipalities of Syctom, as well as selective collections transported in large vehicles from designated transfer centers. The goal is to meet the additional sorting needs of Syctom's member municipalities and to facilitate local disposal of collection bins at transfer centers. This procurement is divided into three lots, resulting in three multi-award framework agreements: one framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts for Lot 1, and purchase orders for Lots 2 and 3. For Lot 1, the part of the framework agreement executed through subsequent contracts pertains to managing exceptional periods as defined in Article 3.2.1 of the specifications.
