Romania – Construction Supervision Services

This contract opportunity involves the provision of construction supervision services and related activities. The framework agreement covers all specific responsibilities of construction supervisors and associated tasks. The services provided by the external contractor are divided into three main areas: 1. Construction supervision services and related activities to ensure the correct execution of construction works funded by various sources, including local funds and co-financed projects by public authorities. This includes works related to developer connections and network expansion. 2. Supervision services for the execution and reporting of electrical connections made by the beneficiary, in accordance with specific regulations, including those performed by certified network users. This also involves the preliminary analysis of documents for the commissioning of electrical plants and ensuring the secretariat for analysis committees. 3. Project management for distribution network expansion works fully funded by local authorities or users, which will be handed over to the relevant authority. Suppliers have 17 days to request clarifications before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting entity will respond to these requests on the 11th day before the deadline.
