Engineering Services for the Revitalization of Juliénas Town Center

This contract is for engineering services aimed at revitalizing the town center of Juliénas. The work will focus on the following areas: - Rue de la Rabelette and Route de la Prat between Rue de la Rabelette and the footbridge over the Cotoyon stream - Section 1 - Rue Alphonse Burdot between the esplanade of the multipurpose hall and Rue des Labourons - Section 2 - Rue Alphonse Burdot between Rue des Labourons and the roundabout RD17E-RD137, including the square and associated parking and pedestrian area in front of the pharmacy and real estate agency at the roundabout - Section 3 - Place de la Poste - Section 4 - Former market square, roundabout RD17E-RD137, square, section of RD137 up to the boundary of the housing project on parcel no. 1412 - Section 5 - Rue des Labourons - Section 6 - Rue Evrard up to the urbanized limit (parcel no. 460) - Section 7 - Route de la Prat between Rue Alphonse Burdot and Rue de la Rabelette - Section 8. The project aims to achieve: - High-quality urban and landscape revitalization, considering the heritage aspects of the area; - Environmental quality ensuring control of impacts on the external environment from design to operation; - Compliance with current standards and obligations, including accessibility standards for people with reduced mobility and obligations related to electric vehicle charging stations.
