Cleaning Services Tender for Aalborg Business School 2025

Aalborg Business School is seeking suppliers to provide cleaning services for its locations in Northern Jutland, specifically at the following addresses: Strandvejen 25, 9000 Aalborg; Langagervej 16, 9220 Aalborg Ø; Turøgade 1, 9000 Aalborg; and Saxogade 10, 9000 Aalborg. The contract involves primarily scheduled cleaning for four educational institutions, which are used by students and administrative staff. The total area to be cleaned is approximately 24,500 square meters across these four locations. In the coming years, Aalborg Business School will experience ongoing changes to the buildings and addresses that require cleaning services due to the planned closure of Langagervej, expected to be vacated by August 2026. There are also plans for temporary relocations of users from Langagervej and Strandvejen until more permanent addresses are found. Additionally, a major renovation of Saxogade is anticipated to begin on January 1, 2026, lasting approximately 3-6 months, during which time the location will be closed. The supplier will need to manage these expansions and reductions in service according to the procedures outlined in Section 19 of the contract.
