Brief
The City of Helsinki's Education and Training Sector (also known as the 'Procurement Unit') is seeking to procure an inventory management system for the Stadin Vocational College (Stadin AO) to be used at its locations. This system will serve the Roihupelto unit, which will have a central warehouse, as well as other Stadin AO locations. The purpose of the inventory management system is to ensure the management and inventory of goods and materials in the warehouses. In addition to the central warehouse, there may be storage locations at other Stadin AO sites in the Helsinki area (for more details on locations, see: https://stadinao.hel.fi/). All storage locations will be operated through the same inventory management system. The procurement does not include physical equipment such as picking automation, conveyor belts, or storage devices. The inventory management system must be available for use by the buyer no later than December 19, 2025. Additionally, the procurement includes options for the implementation of integrations between the inventory management system and the mentioned systems. These optional integrations are intended to support the smooth use of the inventory management system within the Procurement Unit. The supplier must offer these options as part of their proposal. The Procurement Unit will decide on the use of the options separately at a later date and is not obligated to implement them. The specific implementation of the integration will be agreed upon between the selected Supplier and the Procurement Unit when the option is activated. Each integration is a separate option. - SAP integration - ServiceNow integration - Wilma integration - Bosti integration The estimated number of users for the inventory management system is currently around 50 users. The estimated number of users for the training environment of the inventory management system is approximately 300-400 users annually. User numbers may change during the contract period, and the Procurement Unit must be able to increase the number of users if necessary. The Procurement Unit will select one (1) supplier for this procurement.
