Comprehensive Hotel Services for the Pomorskie Provincial Coordination Team

This contract involves the comprehensive organization of work for the Pomorskie Provincial Coordination Team, which supports, coordinates, and monitors the implementation of the Integrated Skills Strategy 2030 in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The contract is divided into three parts: 1) Organizing conferences, seminars, meetings, and working sessions; 2) Planning and conducting a five-day study visit for 20 participants to Finland; 3) Planning and conducting a five-day study visit for 20 participants to Switzerland. Suppliers can submit offers for any part of the contract. Detailed descriptions of each part are provided in the attached documents. The contract is governed by Polish law, with consideration for European Union law. Suppliers may propose equivalent solutions to specified materials or products, ensuring they meet or exceed the required standards. The contract allows for subcontracting, but the main contractor remains responsible for the execution. The buyer requires that workers involved in the contract be employed under a labor contract. Offers must be submitted in Polish currency (PLN), and the buyer does not cover participation costs or provide advance payments.
