Framework Agreement for Supply of Fruits and Vegetables

This framework agreement is for the supply of tropical fruits, seasonal fruits, olives, gourmet vegetables, common vegetables, autumn vegetables, off-season vegetables, and frozen vegetables. Deliveries must meet the specifications outlined in the tender documentation. The framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of two economic operators ranked according to their scores, provided there are at least two qualified bidders. If fewer than two bidders qualify, the agreement will be awarded to the single qualified bidder. The award criterion for each lot is 'Best Value for Money'. The contracting authority will only sign the framework agreement with the top two ranked bidders. Payments will be made via bank transfer within 30 calendar days from the validation of the electronic invoice in the national electronic invoicing system RO e-Factura, and exceptionally within a maximum of 60 calendar days as per Article 7, paragraph 1 of Law no. 72/2013. Bidders may request clarifications or additional information regarding the tender documentation up to 18 days before the submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests as required by Article 160, paragraph 2 of Law 98/2016, 11 days before the submission deadline. The minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement and the largest estimated subsequent contract are detailed in the tender documentation. The estimated value excluding VAT for the framework agreement is a minimum of 194,515.45 lei and a maximum of 2,296,171.90 lei.
