The supplier must ensure the proper use of the installed equipment throughout the contract duration, perform maintenance and repair work, and deliver reagents and consumables within 5 working days of the order. For routine and urgent tests, the supplier is encouraged to offer equipment and reagents from the same manufacturer and using the same measurement technology. Online integration of the proposed devices is required according to the parameters specified in the contract.
