Engineering Services for Building Technology Planning

The Peter Ustinov School, located at Vielstedter Kirchweg 15, 27798 Hude, has a gross floor area of approximately 6,900 m² and has been undergoing renovations since 2011 in annual phases. The renovation scope included not only structural work but also electrical systems, heating, ventilation, sanitation, and building automation. There are very few existing plans that represent the condition after the renovations. The available planning documents will be provided in the second phase of the process, during the bid preparation. Due to the past renovations being carried out in numerous phases, a comprehensive assessment of the building has not been conducted. Additionally, system schematics for the entire facility have not been created or laid out. Therefore, extensive work is required to capture the current state through on-site surveys of the entire facility, focusing on the structural aspects, but especially on the electrical systems, heating, ventilation, sanitation technology, and building automation.
