Supply of Wooden Beds for SKM - 2025

The contracting authority requires the delivery of wooden beds to SKM UJEP. The specifications include: 110 units of wooden beds measuring 80 x 200 cm, made of solid wood with a thickness of 2.8 cm, featuring a sturdy construction from natural wood (beech). The entire bed structure, including frames and slats, must be made of solid wood, with slats measuring 30x60 mm. The side height is 250 mm, the front height is 460 mm, and the back height is 850 mm. The bed frame should not be screwed together, using corner hinges instead, allowing for easy disassembly and reassembly, facilitating easy handling during relocation. In line with socially and environmentally responsible public procurement, the contracting authority requires that the furniture be manufactured with the highest possible reduction of environmental impact while meeting the technical requirements specified in Appendix 3 of this call. The product must include a simple and clear guide for disassembly and replacement of damaged parts/materials. Disassembly and replacement should be possible using standard basic hand tools and without special qualifications. The specifications provided above are minimum requirements; failure to comply will be considered a breach of the procurement conditions, potentially leading to the exclusion of the participant from the procurement process.
