Poland – Architectural, Engineering and Planning Services – Development of Project and Technical Documentation for Small Mountain Retention Project (MRG3)

This contract involves the comprehensive development of construction documentation, including a bill of quantities and an investment cost estimate, a blind bid estimate, and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works. It also includes obtaining necessary approvals and decisions, as well as valid building permits for each part of the contract listed below. The contract is divided into six parts: 1) Construction of a culvert with bank reinforcement in the Brzegi Forest District, 2) Construction of a ford along the logging trail in the Bandrów Forest District, 3) Construction of a ford along the logging trail in the Łobozew Forest District, 4) Construction of a ford along the logging trail in the Stebnik Forest District, 5) Construction of a ford along the logging trail in the Teleśnica Forest District, 6) Construction of a ford along the logging trail in the Zawadka Forest District. The contractor must comply with various legal regulations and guidelines during the execution of the contract.
