Supply of Bread and Pastries to the Police School in Pila

This contract involves the ongoing supply of bread and pastry products to the Police School in Pila, with an estimated total of 27,420 kg required. Detailed specifications and a complete list of the products to be supplied, along with estimated quantities, are provided in the attached Specification Document (Annex 2). These quantities are estimates and do not obligate the buyer to purchase the specified amounts. The buyer reserves the right not to fulfill up to 50% of the total contract value without any financial or legal claims from the supplier. Delivery, unloading, and placement of the products will be at the supplier's expense, included in the product pricing. Deliveries must be made using the supplier's vehicles approved for transporting food. The supplier must have a current registration certificate from the relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. All products must meet legal requirements for food production and distribution, and must be produced in accordance with HACCP standards.
