Construction and Reconstruction of Local Roads in Trenčín

The purpose of this contract is to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) that allows the public procurer to flexibly assign contracts according to their actual needs, in compliance with public procurement law. The DPS will be used for contracting construction work commonly available in the market, specifically for the implementation and reconstruction of local road surfaces in the city of Trenčín, including road and sidewalk surfaces. The DPS is established for a maximum duration of 10 years for the needs of the public procurer, and contracts will only be assigned by the public procurer. The DPS is not divided into categories. The public procurer encourages smaller suppliers who meet the participation conditions to submit applications for inclusion in the DPS, allowing them to compete for announced contracts. Only suppliers included in the DPS can receive invitations to submit offers, thus having the right to submit proposals. Therefore, the public procurer recommends that suppliers submit their applications for inclusion in the DPS before the deadline specified in the competition documents. Once a specific contract is announced, suppliers not included in the DPS cannot apply for that contract, but once included, they can receive invitations for future contracts. Applications for inclusion in the DPS can be submitted throughout its duration, but invitations for specific contracts can only be sent to suppliers after their inclusion, and it is not possible to add someone to an already announced contract. Note: The public procurer will secure construction supervision at their own expense for each contract assigned through the DPS.
