Design Services for the European School in Alkmaar

This contract is for a comprehensive design team responsible for creating a structural design, preliminary design, and final design for the new European School in Alkmaar. The goal is to design a new, sustainable, and safe school building that seamlessly fits the needs of future users and the existing environment. The new school will have an area of approximately 8,300-8,500 square meters and is intended for 780 students. The scope of work includes: - Preparing a project management plan and quality plan - Developing the structural design - Creating the preliminary design - Finalizing the design. The design disciplines involved in this project include architecture, interior design, urban planning, landscape architecture, site and soil development, construction, structural advice, building physics, mechanical and electrical installation advice, ICT, data, security technology, fire safety, and construction costs.
