LED Warning Signal Devices for Dangerous Curves

This contract involves the procurement and transportation of LED warning signal devices for marking dangerous curves and sectors on national roads and highways managed by the National Company for Road Infrastructure Administration (C.N.A.I.R. S.A.). The contract includes the supply, transport, and installation of the following LED devices: - Variable message signs with LEDs, which will be used to signal curves and will feature the A6a figure "Sequential Panels for Particularly Dangerous Curves" according to SR 1848-2:2011. These signs will be equipped with lighting devices to highlight the warning signals for road geometric elements, specifically the approach to curves. - Additional signaling devices with LEDs, which will be installed above existing road signs. Each device will have at least 2 LEDs, housed in an aluminum box, and will operate in a cascading manner to enhance the visibility of existing road signals. - Mounting/control systems and photovoltaic panels for the LED devices, ensuring the cascading operation of the variable message signs or additional signaling devices. According to Article 160, paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016, interested economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification or additional information within a single deadline, 11 days before the offer submission deadline. This response time has been established to provide economic operators with adequate time to analyze the award documentation and subsequently prepare their offers based on the responses provided by the contracting authority.
