Czech Republic – Construction of Intercity Railways – "Modernization of the Plzeň – Domažlice Railway – 2nd Stage, Section Plzeň (outside) – Nýřany – Chotěšov (outside)" - TNS Skvrňany

The subject of the work "Modernization of the Plzeň – Domažlice Railway – 2nd Stage, Section Plzeň (outside) - Nýřany – Chotěšov (outside) – TNS Skvrňany" includes: a) Preparation of project documentation for the construction of the railway (PDPS) in BIM mode, which will detail and specify the requirements for construction, taking into account specific products, supplied technologies, technological processes, and production conditions of the contractor, including assessment of compliance or suitability for use of interoperability elements or EU declaration of verification of the subsystem by a notified body. b) Supervision of the designer during construction c) Processing of the work in BIM mode and creation of a BIM information model according to the contract annex No. 10 BIM protocol, including all its annexes. The information model is part of the work and will be processed, discussed, and delivered continuously along with other parts of the work according to the schedule in annex No. 4 of the contract, see annex 7.1.1 of these terms and conditions. d) Construction according to the approved project documentation and valid construction permit. e) Preparation and submission of a request for a change of the project before completion according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Act"), including all required documents and ensuring all related necessary fulfillments, resulting in the issuance of a permit according to paragraph 2) §224 of this law. The scope of this fulfillment is reserved by the client as a change in the contract obligation in accordance with § 100 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The contractor will carry out the fulfillment if the chosen technical solution (selection of technology supplier) or any other change during the preparation of the PDPS documentation necessitates the need to discuss a change of the project before completion. The subject of the public procurement also includes activities related to the publicity rules of projects co-financed by the European Union – Connecting Europe Facility (CEF). The valuation of these publicity activities will be included in the bid price, and publicity costs will be stated in the evaluated performance or function requirements. The client reserves the right to change the contract obligation in accordance with § 100 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The contractor will only be reimbursed for the actual extent of this fulfillment. If this public procurement is not co-financed by EU funds, the contractor will not carry out the publicity of the construction. The extent of fulfillment that is not realized will not be counted towards the limits for changes according to § 222 of the Public Procurement Act.
