Construction of Secondary Schools in France – Capacity Expansion of Pierre Garcie Ferrande College

The Vendée Department has initiated a project to expand the capacity of Pierre Garcie Ferrande College located in Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. This project falls under category 1 as defined by labor regulations and consists of three lots that will be treated as a global and fixed-price contract. The work involves phase 1 of the project, which includes the construction of a new modular industrial building to provide additional educational spaces, dining facilities (kitchen and dining room), a covered area, and restrooms. This is a re-launch of the bidding process for lot 2, which was previously declared void during the initial consultation. The anticipated start date for the construction is October 2025.
