Supply of Custom Protective Clothing Services in Hungary

This contract involves the manufacturing and delivery of custom-designed protective clothing products that align with the buyer's branding. Suppliers will create these products based on provided patterns and specifications, delivering them to the buyer's central headquarters in Budapest. The design and preparation of European conformity certificates are not the responsibility of the winning supplier. The products must be uniquely designed and certified according to European standards, meaning only compliant deliveries are allowed. The technical description and draft contract detail the exact requirements for manufacturing and delivery. Partial bids are not accepted. The contract covers the production and delivery of seven types of protective clothing products, along with related services, up to a maximum net budget of 83,000,000 HUF throughout the contract duration. The buyer commits to a 70% call-off obligation on the total budget. The estimated total quantities are as follows: 90 pairs of overalls, 101 softshell jackets, 309 protective shirts, 125 winter protective jackets, 212 summer protective trousers, 314 winter protective trousers, 1,051 collared protective t-shirts, and 300 removable name tags. Additionally, the buyer may order specific services as detailed in the technical description and draft contract, including supplier representation during qualification (10 hours) and production development (10 hours). The winning supplier's products must meet the following standards: ISO 20471 for high-visibility protective clothing, ISO 13688 for general requirements for protective clothing, and EN 343 for rain protection (only applicable to winter protective jackets).
