Dynamic Purchasing System for Protected Area Management in the Czech Republic

This procurement process aims to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for agricultural, forestry, gardening, aquaculture, and beekeeping services. The DPS will be in place for a period of 4 years. The buyer anticipates issuing public contracts through the DPS at unspecified intervals, primarily based on the buyer's needs arising from legal obligations under the Nature and Landscape Protection Act. Typically, these contracts will be issued between January and March, following the usual mowing schedule. It is expected that approximately 15 separate public contracts (calls for bids) will occur within a calendar year, with each contract generally covering one or two related protected areas in the Moravian-Silesian Region. Overall, care will be provided for about 25 protected areas.
