Managed Taxi Services for Dialysis Patients at Mayo University Hospital

The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking a third-party provider to coordinate and manage non-emergency transport services for patients at Mayo University Hospital (MUH). This managed service will involve creating a list of approved transport providers and overseeing the daily operations of non-emergency transport for dialysis patients. The transport services will include both on-demand and scheduled journeys using taxis, minibuses, wheelchair accessible taxis, and wheelchair accessible minibuses. Scheduled journeys will primarily involve transporting patients for renal dialysis treatments and other medical appointments.
